SB container is buried underground storage function of municipal solid waste deposited by users. Under ground level stands the team consisting of a precast concrete and a container made of galvanized steel sheet 3m³, 4m³ or 5m³ capacity for different waste.
COMPOSITION
CONTAINER: Made of a 2mm-thick galvanized steel plate with smooth internal walls to prevent waste adherence. Containers are assembled by means of nuts and bolts as well as industrial riveting, which facilitates spare part replacement and enhances resistance and durability.
It integrates a parachute safety system manufactured in 2mm thick galvanized steel plates, steel cables with a diameter of 6mm and tuning weights of 200 kg.
READY-MIXED CONCRETE: Made of 12cm reinforced gray concrete plates with 30x20x5 mesh with B500 T quality. 10 cm framework with 3 6mm round steel bars and 4mm stirrups. 12mm corrugated rounds.
LATCHING AND EMPTYING SYSTEM: it includes a system or support equipped with a lifting mechanism in the container’s center of gravity.
The collector is made in hot-galvanized steel, ensuring necessary resistance, robustness and safe performance during lifting and discharge, among others.
The opening and emptying system is made of articulated plates and chains placed inside the collector.
LIXIMATE COLLECTION: liquids produced by waste (lixiviated or other types) will be retained inside an 80-liter tank integrated in the cover.

The underground container SBA has the function of underground storage of municipal solid waste deposited by users. Under ground level stands the team consisting of a precast concrete and a container made of galvanized steel sheet of 3m ³, 4m or 5m ³ ³ capacity for different waste.
COMPOSITION
CONTAINER
Manufactured in galvanized steel sheet of 2 mm. thick, with smooth internal walls to prevent adhesion of the waste. Are assembled using rivets industrial fixings and therefore facilitates the replacement of parts and ensures a long resistance and durability.
Security system integrates a parachute made of galvanized steel of 2 mm. steel wires of 6 mm. diameter and 200 kg counterweight.

Partially underground EPO containers make use of natural ground temperature, always lower than surface temperature, to combine it with the inner structure of the container to hamper air circulation, thus reducing waste fermentation, putrefaction and preventing unpleasant odors and insects. Vertical storage allows for waste weight compression, increasing the weight of volume units (1.5 to 2 times higher). The simple, solid construction of these containers requires no repair or maintenance tasks. COMPOSITION: CONTAINER: made in polyester reinforced with fiber glass and steel. One single prism-shaped piece. Finish in treated wood. COVER: opening adapted to each type of waste: rectangular for paper-cardboard, circular for glass. Covers are color coordinated for the various types of waste. LATCHING AND EMPTYING SYSTEM: installed in the container’s center of gravity and made in hot-galvanized steel, ensuring necessary resistance, robustness and safety. LIXIMATE COLLECTION: liquids produced by waste will be retained in the opening cover located on the bottom part of the container.
